Managing enquiries

Contact and vehicle details, comments and files submitted in booking and upload forms are used to fulfil your request, contact you and provide order updates. They are accessible to the KPower website administrator.

Customer accounts and order history

Registration stores your name, email, phone and a password hash. Email verification links last 24 hours; password reset links last one hour. Signed-in customers can save vehicles and view their bookings, file versions, messages, quotes and payment status. Confirmed bookings receive an email reminder. Reviews are published after moderation.

Technical services

Data is stored on the website hosting server. Notifications use an email service. Ready-file links last seven days. The website does not use advertising or analytics tracking.

Sessions and security

An essential session cookie supports forms and sign-in. A hash derived from the IP address is temporarily stored to limit abuse.

Data enquiries

Contact KPower to view, correct or delete submitted data: rezervacijos@kpower.lt. Data is retained to manage enquiries and removed after the administrator assesses the need for retention.
